The price includes all hotel accommodation from the scheduled start of the tour until the end.

All meals as details in the booking conditions that will be sent after booking.

All transfers and transportation for the duration of the tour.

All entrances and permits.

all guiding services throughout.

Exclusions include your international flights, domestic flights, alcoholic drinks, tips, travel insurance and items of a personal nature.

As with all of our tours you will be booking your own flights but don’t worry we will be helping you all the way.

You will need an international flight to Tokyo and then a return flight Tokyo - Kushiro. Don't worry there is a lot of choice and it’s easy on JAL, approximate cost for domestic return is £150.

After booking we will help you book the correct flights.

A deposit is required to secure your place of £1500 per person. You will be provided with a booking confirmation on receipt of this deposit. The balance will then be split into two payments due 6 months and 3 months before the trip.

We take payment via direct bank transfer into our protected trust account or credit card. Please note that all premium credit cards with a fee above 1% will be surcharged by our system automatically and you will have the choice of continuing, using another card or making a bank transfer. It’s all very simple bia a link we will send you so don’t worry!

Our cancellation policies are strict and come from experience. We operate a non refundable policy to protect the other clients on the tour. This applies to both deposit and balance. Therefore it is a requirement of booking that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover all eventualities. By booking this safari you agree to these conditions and no discussion will be entered into. If we postpone then your payment will be held over for a replacement safari at a later date or you will of course be entitled to a full refund. If you have to cancel then we will provide you will all the necessary documents for an insurance claim. In some instances it may be possible to fill your place at short notice, at which point you will receive a partial refund of monies paid, but this very much depends on the time of the cancellation and not guarantees can be made.
