This hide based Finnish safari is targeting three of the most iconic species in the country; grey wolves, brown bears and the elusive wolverine. It’s a fun trip with the combo of great wildlife photography and a fun social side, everyone has a great time on this tour!
We are timing our departure for the Finnish Autumn, when the trees turn to gold and there is colour in the backgrounds. This season is also particularly good for bears; during the autumnal months the bears are busy foraging for their winter hibernation so activity should be high and they look at their best. It’s the best time of the year to see the elusive wolf as well, no guarantees but for the past two years we have had great encounters.
