The price of £16,495 per person is quoted on a twin share basis.

The single supplement for this trip is £2900

The price includes all park fees and licenses, accommodation from arrival in Nairobi to departure from Nairobi (as per itinerary), all meals, all transfers and premier class train ticket from Voi to Nairobi. It also includes emergency evacuation insurance to Nairobi.

The price excludes your international flights (see below),  tips (driver and camp), drinks, dinner on 8th and 25th October in Nairobi, items of a personal nature and extra hotel nights in Nairobi outside of the published itinerary.

A deposit is required to secure your place of £2500 per person. You will be provided with a booking confirmation on receipt of this deposit. The balance will be split 5 and 2 months before the trip.

We take payment via direct bank transfer into our protected trust account or credit card. Please note that all premium credit cards with a fee above 1% will be surcharged by our system automatically and you will have the choice of continuing, using another card or making a bank transfer. It’s all very simple bia a link we will send you so don’t worry!

Our cancellation policies are strict and come from experience. We operate a non refundable policy to protect the other clients on the tour. This applies to both deposit and balance. Therefore it is a requirement of booking that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover all eventualities.

By booking this safari you agree to these conditions and no discussion will be entered into.

If we postpone then your payment will be held over for a replacement safari at a later date or you will of course be entitled to a full refund.

If you have to cancel then we will provide you will all the necessary documents for an insurance claim. In some instances it may be possible to fill your place at short notice, at which point you will receive a partial refund of monies paid, but this very much depends on the time of the cancellation and not guarantees can be made.
