The price is £10,295 per person.

Single supplement £800.

This is a very complex trip logistically to organise with many camps and factors involved so costs will be higher than a simple Kenya safari. With our level of expertise this is a fair price for this safari and within the bounds of our standard profit margin for all trips.

The price includes all land and air costs from your arrival in Nairobi to your departure from Kilimanjaro International Airport. It includes full board accommodation at both camps.

Non premium alcoholic beverages are included at both camps.

Medevac insurance is included and all park and concession fees.

Off road permit fees are included plus a single conservancy visit fee if a super tusker decides to come and lurk.

We have also included the superb lounge at Kili airport as the transfer time there will necessitate this.

The price excludes your international flights tips, premium alcoholic drinks and items of a personal nature.

Visas will be needed for both Tanzania and Kenya and this is not included.

Arrival is into Nairobi and departure from Kilimanjaro International Airport. We will provide full arrival and departure times for you. Right now it’s too far ahead to look at this as flight prices are high right now due to the middle east situation.

It’s up to you to decide the best price and the best route for you, we will help you no matter what.

Travel insurance is a necessity and you must take out full and comprehensive travel insurance for this trip to cover all eventualities. Please do not scrimp on this, get the best you can get just in case.

You will need ETA’s for Kenya and Tanzania, these are very easy to obtain online and we will help you with this.

The border crossing between Kenya and Tanzania is very easy, you will need a current Yellow Fever vaccination certificate to enter Tanzania.

We use two very reputable local ground agents . They are approved with our TTA insurers so your money is protected at all levels.

A deposit is required to secure your place of £1000 per person. The balance will be split into two equal parts, due 150 days and 60 days before departure. Your payments will be handled by our TTA bonding system, you will be sent a link where you can easily pay by bank transfer or standard credit card. A balance confirmation and invoice will provided for insurance purposes.

Our cancellation policies are strict and come from experience. We operate a non refundable policy to protect the other clients on the tour. This applies to both deposit and balance. Therefore it is a requirement of booking that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover all eventualities. By booking this safari you agree to these conditions and no discussion will be entered into.

If we postpone then your payment will be held over for a replacement safari at a later date or you will of course be entitled to a full refund. If you have to cancel then we will provide you will all the necessary documents for an insurance claim. In some instances it may be possible to fill your place at short notice, at which point you will receive a partial refund of monies paid, but this very much depends on the time of the cancellation and not guarantees can be made.
