Here are the dates and itinerary for this safari:

16th July 2027 - travel day from home to Sao Paulo, Brazil

17th July 2027 - arrive Sao Paulo, internal flight to Cuiaba, pickup and drive 4 hours to grassland lodge, o/n

18th July 2027 -Full day exploring by foot, canoe and 4x4 vehicle, o/n grassland lodge - Ocelot is the star!

19th July 2027 - Drive 4 hours to Porto Jofre, boat transfer to wolf lodge, wolf photography, o/n wolf lodge

20th July 2027 -  morning wolf lodge, boat transfer to river lodge, o/n lodge - It’s Jaguar and Giant Otter time!

21st - 25th July 2027 -  boat safaris photographing jaguars, morning and evening, o/n river lodge

26th July 2027 - morning jaguar safari, boat transfer to porto jofre, van transfer to Cuiaba, o/n in city

27th July 2026 - fly early Cuiaba to Sao Paulo to connect with flight home

Important - the single supplement is valid throughout EXCEPT the wolf lodge where we only have 4 guest rooms. Therefore you will be sharing overnight with someone of the same sex if you are a single traveller. Don’t worry all our clients are nice but this is unavoidable as it’s a small place.

The above assumes that you are flying from the UK of course, it is easy to make connections from anywhere to Sao Paulo and then Cuiaba. Since we are bonded for land arrangements only you will need to book your own flights but we will give you full guidance on how to do this so don’t worry.

All road transfers will be via comfortable air conditioned vans with professional drivers.

Pantanal Extension - we are considering a 5 day extension of this tour to visit some extra wildlife sites including a scarlet macaw roost and a grassland lodge that is famous for anteaters and other wildlife. This will be in a different area of the Pantanal and will involve additional domestic flights. If the whole group wants this then it will be possible to charter a plave
