Single supplement £650 (there may be unavoidable same sex sharing for 1 night of this trip at the wolf lodge - it depends on the mix of couples and singles).

It’s fair to say that we will be in the upper level of pricing for Pantanal tours and that is because we take fewer clients, you will be guided by one of the most successful and prolific wildlife photographers in the world and we don’t cut any corners when it comes to clients. Plus out local operator uses only trained local naturalists for their guides.

The price includes land costs from Cuiaba to Cuiaba for the duration of the published trip as follows - . all transportation, accommodation, food, guiding services and permits costs.

The price excludes your return international flights from your home to Cuiaba, tips, alcoholic drinks and items of a personal nature.

We have previously mentioned that we are unable to book flights as our bonding only covers land arrangements when in country.

We will provide you with full information on what to book after confirmation.

Travel insurance is a necessity and you must take out full and comprehensive travel insurance for this trip to cover all eventualities.

We now use a local reputable agent with whom we work with on other tours in South America. They are based in Santiago and operate many tours to the Pantanal so we trust them completely.

A deposit is required to secure your place of £2000 per person. The balance will be due 90 days before departure. Your payments will be handled by our TTA bonding system, you will be sent a link where you can easily pay by bank transfer or standard credit card. A balance confirmation and invoice will provided for insurance purposes.

Our cancellation policies are strict and come from experience. We operate a non refundable policy to protect the other clients on the tour. This applies to both deposit and balance. Therefore it is a requirement of booking that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover all eventualities. By booking this safari you agree to these conditions and no discussion will be entered into.

If we postpone then your payment will be held over for a replacement safari at a later date or you will of course be entitled to a full refund. If you have to cancel then we will provide you will all the necessary documents for an insurance claim. In some instances it may be possible to fill your place at short notice, at which point you will receive a partial refund of monies paid, but this very much depends on the time of the cancellation and not guarantees can be made.
